Binding Agreement
Once you have placed an order to buy ammunition from Texas Ammunition LLC (“TXAMMO”), you have entered into a binding agreement. Your invoice and invoice number will be sent to you via email. TXAMMO reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet its requirements. Furthermore, TXAMMO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed questionable, suspicious or of significant risk to TXAMMO.

Shipment of Your Items
TXAMMO orders are shipped from its storage facilities via UPS Ground. If we determine the package is lost, stolen, or damaged, TXAMMO, or our suppliers and affiliates, will file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion. You hereby agree and acknowledge that your only right or remedy is to receive replacement goods or have your money refunded. From the date of shipment, you have 30 days to communicate that a package has gone missing, after which time we will no longer extend this guarantee to the customer.

Return Policy
All sales of ammunition are final. Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition. We want our customers to be pleased with their purchases. If for any reason you have a problem, please feel free to call our offices to discuss it with us.

Shipping Restrictions
TXAMMO does not sell internationally or to residents in Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C. TXAMMO cannot ship ammunition to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, international addresses, or U.S. Territories. Check your local laws of your area for any other laws or regulations before ordering. Alaska
All ammunition to Alaska ships UPS Next Day Air only.

California
As of February 6th 2024: The 9th Circuit ordered a stay on the Benitez ruling. Ammo regulations have been reenacted while the case moves on to appeals.
-We will only ship orders to the physical address of a valid, currently licensed FFL dealer in CA. Once you place your order using your FFL's shipping address, please email [email protected] and also copy the accepting FFL's email contact as they will need to confirm the acceptance of your order on your behalf. California orders with a residential shipping address will be canceled and voided/credited.

Connecticut
Please send a scanned or clear photograph of your current CT state-issued photo ID and one of the following Permits below. Copies must be current, valid, & completely legible.
-Permit to carry Pistols or Revolvers
-Valid Eligibility Certificate for a Pistol or Revolver
-Valid Long Gun Eligibility Certificate
-Valid Ammunition Certificate
For security purposes, we are only able to ship ammunition to the address specified in one of these documents.

Illinois
Please send a scanned or clear photograph of your current and valid FOID card, along with an IL state-issued photo ID. Copies must be current, valid, & completely legible.

Rhode Island
Please send a scanned or clear photograph of your current RI state-issued photo ID and one of the following Permits below. Copies must be current, valid, & completely legible.
-Hunter Education Course Card: Rhode Island Hunter Education Course Card issued by the Department of Environmental Management.
-Pistol/revolver safety certificate: Holder of a valid pistol/revolver safety certificate.
-Concealed Carry Permit: License or permit to carry concealed pistol or revolver
-Pistol/Revolver License or Permit issued by Attorney General: General: License or permit issued by attorney general on showing of need (a) The attorney general may issue a license or permit to any person twenty-one (21) years of age or over to carry a pistol or revolver, whether concealed or not, upon his or her person upon a proper showing of need.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 years of age or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
